Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on 15th August 1994, in USA. Although Ashley hasn't spoken much about her parents she has credited her grandfather with the birth of her passion for working out, as the bodybuilder was popular in his 30s and 20s. Ashley was physically active from a young age. She started swimming lessons at four years old and carried on for 10 more. Though she competed in a variety of competitions however, she wasn't dedicated enough to stick to a diet that would allow her body to perform the best it could. In high school she gained a lot of attention for appearance and physique. It isn't clear if she have had a relationship with anyone during this time. Ashley was able to decide after graduation to not go to college and focus instead on her career as a model. Ashley was only 15 when she began to be unhappy about her body. Her father suggested she go to the training facility. She followed his suggestion to work out slowly. She didn't realize that she'd go on to spend 9 years sculpting her body before becoming a fitness idol. Ashley's triumph inspired her to enter at the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. She finished seventh, and considered this to be an undeserved loss. This caused Ashley train harder. She returned for the 2015 WBFF World Championships and won fifth place after this competition was over Ashley realized that she did not wish to continue competing. While she was receiving requests for photoshoots while competing Ashley did not want her two careers to be confused. When she quit competing, she turned into a fitness models. A cover shot in one of the most popular fitness magazines launched her career as a fitness models. In the years since, she has become a highly sought after model. Her appearances have been in numerous clothing and bikini firms and is featured on the cover of an acclaimed fitness magazine.
